At CTA Coaching, we are dedicated to helping you to grow and advance as a strong leader in your home, businesses, and ministries. We will work with you to overcome and break through obstacles that are in your way of advancing in your calling. We have a personalized coaching approach that will provide you with the support you need to identify blind spots, to get clear about your next steps, and move through this transition time into the new assignments you are being called to.
Our conversational style coaching allows you to process through areas where you are feeling stuck, with inspired input and feedback. You will experience moments of great clarity as you talk and unload your ideas, dreams, desires, and fears onto our "coaching table". As your coach, I will listen carefully and help guide you with practical strategies and steps you can begin taking so that you will advance and move confidently into this next phase in your business, ministry, or new assignment!
